March 2011
My husband David and I have been clients of Sarah Eifermann since 2008 and during that time she has advised and arranged finance for several of our loans.
As an accountant, I have been most impressed with her professionalism; her extensive and up to date product knowledge and her ability to think outside of the square to bypass potential problems. She is particular with all compliant issues, has constantly kept us up to date with the loan application progress and is tenacious in securing the best product for out needs. Sarah has always made us feel like we are her most important client and we have never had to wait on her response.
More importantly, as clients trying to work our way through the ever changing maze of financial products on offer, Sarah has been amazing. With out best interest at heart, she has been attentive and insightful to out requirements and has guided us in sourcing and securing the best product. Our structure has not always been an easy one to organise either! With her ability to listen, her consultative manner and her sound and thorough knowledge of financial lending industry, she has now been our Mortgage Planner for over three years. Like our General Practitioner, Dentist and out solicitor, she has become a trusted member of out professional network.
Given the recent changes in the Lending industry, SFE Loans has started charging a fee for advice. David and I see this charge as very important and relevant and are only happy to pay for good advice. It has saved thousands in the long run. In the future I would have no hesitation in using Sarah's services again and would not see her charge as any imposition, as I would rather pay that fee to make sure I am getting the most suitable loand for our situation and again I express the point of how much Sarah has saved us in other fees and interest with her wealth of knowledge. As an accountant, I see her fee is reasonable for the quality of her professional advice; and for those investor or business clients it is also tax deductible. Whilst it's true that other brokers may yet not be charging a fee for advice, it will only be a matter of time, and I recommend that you get the most appropriate advice now from SFE Loans truly tailored to your needs.
Not often these days do you do business where you are left to feel your business is important and your loan process has been throughly prepared and no futher improvements can be made, but I can assure you, after dealing with Sarah, we have always been made to feel this way.
We see our relationship with Sarah and SFE Loans continuing for many years to come.
Yours Sincerely,
Anna Beard, Doreen VIC
